The Space

This place was a labor of love if there ever was one, built to honor her late father, Joyce dove headfirst into the complete renovation leaving no detail unturned, while preserving the natural character that makes the properties of Crescent Hill special. Literally rebuilt from the subfloor up, everything was redone with the intent of maintaining the character of the period. Thoughtfully selected furnishings, wood floors and window treatments greet you as soon as you enter via a digital keypad for easy self check-in! Continue through the hallway while taking in the architectural details and you’ll immediately notice the master suite which is tastefully appointed for any length of stay. From there, the kitchen welcomes you with period correct 11’ ceilings, a beautiful dining set, handsome stained cabinetry and the most beautiful granite counter tops that you have to see to believe!

Joyce’s details don’t stop with carefully coordinated finishes and appointments; fresh flowers, gorgeous fixtures, and stainless modern appliances make this guesthouse complete and comfortable for a stay of 1 night or 2 weeks. Enjoy the comforts of home when you stay here; Cable TV (not common in most listings!), Washer and Dryer, and an array of cooking supplies.  On nice nights the back patio provides the perfect setting to sit under the pergola with a glass of wine and your travel companions, building memories and reflecting on the day’s events.
